«Uncomfortable» questions and honest answers

What is a business-incubator?

A place where beginning entrepreneurs get help to implement their business idea into commercial products. A business-incubator offers favourable conditions (workplace, consultation, educational services, financial help) for a quick star-up business.

Who finances you?

"PERI Innovations" is a completely private business-incubator that is financed by a charity fund "Peri" of Ziyavudin Magomedov ("Summa" group).

Will you help me to implement my idea if I have one?

We don't implement projects for people, we help them to. We are like sports coaches which teach their trainees, draw up training programmes for them and lead them to the victory. However, that very victory you must get youself.

What projects are you interested in?

Our interests are innovative projects in different fields which have a perspective of spreading over a country and an international market. They are not only in an IT-sphere, but a hardware sphere, robotechnics, medicine, an agricultural sector, education and energy as well.

How can I make sure that my idea won't be stolen?

From an idea to its implementation sometimes you'll have to take a long way. An idea itself is worth very little. The same idea can occur to different people at different time. If you have got a good idea, it must be implemented sooner, otherwise, it can be implemented by another person.

We can only promise that we won't steal and implement your idea.

What do I have to do to become a resident?
To become a resident of "PERI Innovations", you must make an application for a stand, submit a short presentation of your project and pass a competitive selection.

A project selection takes place twice a year in a business incubator "PERI Innovations".

Three principal criteria we pay attention to are:

  • Team. Quality and quantity of people, work experience, motivation;
  • Idea. Innovativeness, a commercial perspective, size;
  • A project status. Idea, prototype, MVP, a ready-made business.
What are your interests? Do you want to take a share out of a project?

A business-incubator "PERI Innovations" is a charity project. We'll be happy if a new Elon Musk and a Zuckerberg come out through our doors. With the help of your success, we'll be able to develop innovations in Russia.

We set a goal to be the centre of innovative activities, to provide conditions necessary for establishing small innovative enterprises and promoting their product to the market.

In case of investments for your project, our partners may take a share; this is discussed individually. How a project is evaluated you can read here.

Do you send your residents to Silicon Valley?

We have several international partners in the USA, China, Jordan, Azerbaijan. And we can send some of our residents on work experience to our partners. Residents need to prove they really need this trip and achieve KPI on project development. It's not included into a compulsory programme of acceleration and is discussed with projects individually.
